The situation in Aleppo is tragic. The city is experiencing a humanitarian crisis, Michael Carpenter, United States Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia said Nov.1, AzVision.az reports.
“We think that the military intervention of Russia is inciting the civil war in Syria. We are striving to work with our Russian counterpart towards the solution to this issue. We will continue to work to ensure peace and security in the region”, said the Pentagon official.
