The documents were signed during the 7th Azerbaijani-Russian Interregional Forum in Baku on Nov. 1.

A cooperation and twin cities agreement between the Executive Power of Azerbaijan’s Gabala District and the administration of the resort city of Kislovodsk of the Stavropol region of Russia was signed by Head of the Gabala District Executive Power Sabuhi Abdullayev and Head of Kislovodsk Alexander Kurbatov.

A protocol of intention on cooperation between the Executive Power of Baku’s Narimanov District and Russia’s Astrakhan region was signed by Head of the Narimanov District Executive Power Abdin Farzaliyev and vice governor, chairman of the government of Russia’s Astrakhan region Konstantin Markelov.

A framework agreement on cooperation between Azerbaijan’s State Medical University and Russia’s State Medical University was signed by the two universities’ rectors, Geray Geraybayli and Vladimir Koshel.

An agreement between Russia’s Derbent 2000 tourism center and Azerbaijan’s Guba Tourism and Information Center on joint activities in tourism development was signed by Director of the Guba Tourism and Information Center Murad Hajiyev and Head of the Derbent 2000 tourism center Polad Nematullaev.

An agreement between Russia’s Derbent 2000 tourism center and Azerbaijan’s Khachmaz Tourism and Information Center on joint activities in tourism development was signed by Director of the Khachmaz Tourism and Information Center Vasif Ahmadov and Head of the Derbent 2000 tourism center Polad Nematullaev.

An agreement between Azerbaijan Export and Investments Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) and Chamber of Commerce of Russia’s Stavropol region was signed by AZPROMO Head Rufat Mammadov and president of Stavropol region’s Chamber of Commerce Boris Obolenec.

A memorandum of cooperation between AZPROMO and Agency for Entrepreneurship and Investments of the Dagestan Republic of Russia was signed by AZPROMO Head Rufat Mammadov and the Dagestani agency’s head Bashir Magomedov.

A memorandum of cooperation between AZPROMO and Caspian Way, the association of participants of foreign trade activities in the Caspian region, was signed by AZPROMO Head Rufat Mammadov and director general of the association Gleb Berezkin.

An agreement on intention to sign a contract on supply of goods between Caspian Flat Glass Factory JSC and Glass House LLC was signed by President of Glass House LLC Bakhtiyar Baghirov and Director General of the Caspian Flat Glass Factory JSC Igor Kremer.

A memorandum of cooperation between Azerbaijan Fruit and Vegetable Producers and Exporters Association and Caspian Way was signed by Chairman of the Azerbaijani association Bashir Guliyev and Director General of Caspian Way Gleb Berezkin.

A memorandum of strategic partnership and cooperation was signed by Bentonite LLC, ADY Express and AzRosPromInvest LLC.
