“Each constituent entity of Russia and each district of Azerbaijan can sign tens of such agreements. But it is more important for these agreements to be supported by concrete projects,” he said.
Abdulatipov added that a special selection of interregional projects, as well as creation of a financing fund can be carried out within the framework of the forum.
The 7th Azerbaijan-Russia interregional forum takes place in Baku Nov. 1. Over 600 representatives of state and private organizations of both countries participate in the forum.
Eleven documents have already been signed in the framework of the forum.
