According to the draft amendments, Article 7 (Activity of TV and radio broadcasting) shall be removed from the annex #1 (list of activities requiring a license). The article of the same name shall be included in the annex #2 (list of activities requiring a license concerning the cases arising from the national security).
The draft amendments will be tabled at the parliament’s plenary session on Nov. 11.
