“Our fraternal relations are eternal. We will never forget the fraternal attitude demonstrated by the government, president and people of Azerbaijan towards Turkey after the July 15 coup attempt,” Ozoral said promising that he will remain true to the principle of “one nation, two states” during the period of his diplomatic mission.
The diplomat said he left Azerbaijan in 2011 and returned to Azerbaijan in 2016 as an ambassador.
“In recent years, Azerbaijan has achieved development in many areas, one of which is the media,” he added.
