`I was welcomed in Baku` - Vahe Avetyan
`Humanism is the base for establishment of peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia`, Armenian publicist, writer and public figure Vahe Avetyan said speaking in the international conference of `Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict: Main challenges and prospects, view from Azerbaijan and Armenia`, AzVision.az reports.

`I was welcomed in Azerbaijan and I have positive impressions. I came here not only as a politician, but also as a writer. I wanted to visit the Khojaly Genocide Memorial`, the Armenian patriot noted.

`Karabakh conflict should be resolved between nations without any negotiator. I want these nations to live in peace and have cultural exchange. Since the conflict continues for 27 years, the agreement should be reached,` he also highlighted.
