` The Armenian government must respond in front of the international court for the crimes`, Vahan Martirosyan, head of the Armenian Intra-national Liberation Movement told at the international conference titled ` The Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict: main obstacles and prospects of the settlement. `The Armenian media will post news in conformity with the demands of the Yerevan regime. Azerbaijan takes its first steps to support the format for peace in a state level. The Armenian government which forcefully gained dominance and committed Khojaly genocide now carries out genocide against the Armenian people. The current government will prevent achieving peace between two sides in the future. They still carry out genocide in Armenia and hide the protection of Armenian Church and living of more than 38 000 Armenians in Baku. There are Armenian monuments in Azerbaijani regions and those monuments are protected by Azerbaijanis. Famous actor, Armen Dzhigarkhanyan is named a traitor for his words about the reconciliation of Azerbaijanis and Armenians. Several methods can be used in the settlement of the conflict. However, each conflict is resolved by the most suffered part at the final stage. I mean Azerbaijani and Armenian nations`, Martirosyan said.

`If Karabakh conflict does not exist, Kocharyan and Sargsyan regime would not be in the Armenian political arena. They create intrigues within the settlement of Karabakh conflict. Armenian authority does not want the settlement of Karabakh conflict. In other words, they benefit from this conflict. If the conflict is settled, their authoritarian regime will fall`, he added.

`Anti-Azerbaijani thoughts are indoctrinated to Armenian young people at an early age. They are said that Azerbaijan is our enemy and whenever they see you, they will definitely kill you. That is why you must kill them. Azerbaijanis and Armenians had very sincere and close friendship relations grounded to Soviet times. However, after the collapse of the USSR, conflicts emerged between the neighboring countries with the intervention of the third powers`, Martirosyan says.

Armenians, born in Karabakh are being sent to Armenian for the military serve. On the contrary, people born in Armenia are being sent to Karabakh, he said.

Serzh Sargsyan`s regime uses young people as a live battlement. They openly say that Karabakh pledges no positive future for them, except pain, suffering and hatred.

`I have visited several regions of Karabakh – Khankendi, Shusa. People living there can be divided into three strata: first – people who lost their possessions, second – people without any place to go and third – people who gathered around Bako Sahakyan.

If we put aside third strata- people around Bako Sahakyan, people living in Karabakh want to live under the Azerbaijani control. If referendum takes place, they will choose to live under Azerbaijani ruling because people live in poverty in Karabakh. They do not even have drinking water. Armenian government does not spend the obtained donations on this direction,` he also added.
