Ambassador Abdullayev gave detailed information about Azerbaijan. Hailing the country`s achievements, he said that the region has become a key science and technology center. Describing Azerbaijan`s capital Baku as one of the major academic centers still in the Soviet times, Elman Abdullayev noted that thousands of Africans are studying on different specialties in the country.
The Azerbaijani diplomat drew the Ethiopian Minister`s attention to the fact that today highly qualified specialists are prepared in the country`s science centers and educational institutions which meet international standards.
The Ethiopian Minister Getahun Mekuria thanked the Ambassador for congratulations and underlined the huge potential to cooperate with Azerbaijan.
The Ethiopian official noted the importance of exchange of experience and establish legal base for cooperation between the two countries.
