Former Iranian ambassador to Azerbaijan Mohsen Pak Ayeen said on Wednesday that Iran-Azerbaijan ties have significantly boosted over the past four years.
In his statement, the former envoy noted that all disagreements between the two countries have been eliminated during his 4-year tenure as ambassador to Azerbaijan.
