The essence of our negotiations with them is that we will not be a state to be used as a toy. We have established private cooperation and want to continue. If you want, let’s continue. There are countries in Europe doubting the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. We did not accept it. Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity must be reflected in all documents. Now, we have made offer to the European Union on strategic partnership. A mandate in this regard may be given by the year-end. There is such a plan”.
