President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today attended the opening of orphanage-kindergarten No.8 in Beylagan, whose construction was initiated by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.



The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the orphanage-kindergarten.

The 120-seat orphanage-kindergarten covers a total area of 896 square metres. There are photo stands depicting national leader Heydar Aliyev`s, President Ilham Aliyev`s and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva`s attention to children. All conditions have been created in the two-storey building. The orphanage-kindergarten will create 32 jobs.

The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the inauguration of the 240-seat school.

The construction of the school started last year. The school occupies a total area of 2,900 square metres. A bust of national leader Heydar Aliyev was installed in the foyer of the school. There are photo stands reflecting national leader Heydar Aliyev`s and President Ilham Aliyev`s attention to the development of education in the country, as well as their visits to Beylagan.

All conditions have been created at the school.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has viewed “Qarabag Taxil” LLC pilot grain farm as part of his visit to Beylagan district.



The project attracted a 10 million manat low-interest loan provided by the government. The complex features a 20,000 ton storage, a grain drying system with the capacity of 100 tons per hour and a 6,000 ton logistic center.



“Qarabag Taxil” LLC farm occupies a total area of 4,800 hectares in Aghjabadi and Beylagan districts. The company is an affiliate and production line of Saba LLC. Azerbaijan Investment Company owns a 25 per cent stake in the company.



President Ilham Aliyev watched cultivation and harvesting process.

Minister of Economy Shahin Mustafayev informed the head of state of the production process at the farm.



The head of state then viewed stands highlighting the activity of “Qarabag Taxil” LLC pilot grain farm.

The project created 130 new jobs, with the average monthly salary of 350 manats.



President Ilham Aliyev met with local residents and staff of the farm, and then posed for photographs with them.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has inaugurated the Flag Museum in Beylagan district.



The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the Museum, and then viewed it.

The building occupies a total area of 420 square metres. All necessary conditions were created in the Museum to showcase 129 exhibits. The Flag Museum highlights different periods of Azerbaijan`s history, the flags and emblems of the states which existed in the territory of Azerbaijan, maps, constitutions, orders and medals as well as national symbols.



Banknotes of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, post stamps of the Republic of Azerbaijan, military uniforms of officers of security and law-enforcement services are also on display here.

The head of state first laid flowers at the statue of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the center of the city of Beylagan.

Head of Beylagan District Executive Authority Vagif Abdullayev informed President Ilham Aliyev about the work and projects carried out in the district in recent years, as well as landscaping work carried out around the statue.
