The prospects of cooperation between the EU and Azerbaijan will be discussed at a meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels Nov. 14, Interfax reported.
In particular, the meeting will focus on the issue of cooperation with Eastern Partnership countries within the framework of preparation for the summit planned to be held in 2017.
