Azerbaijan creates State Commission on improving operation of reservoirs
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the creation of a State Commission for the improvement of the operation of reservoirs in the country.
Head of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Ramiz Mehdiyev has been appointed chairman of the State Commission established for the study of situation on the operation of Shamkir, Yenikend, Mingachevir, Varvara, Jeyranbatan and other reservoirs.


Members of the State Commission

Abid Sharifov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

Zeynal Naghdaliyev, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, head of Department on work with regional administration and local self-governance bodies;

Kemaleddin Heydarov, Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

Ramil Usubov, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

Samir Sharifov, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

Shahin Mustafayev, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

Huseyngulu Baghirov, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

Etibar Pirverdiyev, Chairman of Azerenerji OJSC

Gorkhmaz Huseynov, Chairman of Azersu OJSC

Ahmad Ahmadzade, Chairman of Azerbaijan’s Amelioration and Water Management OJSC
