As many as 84 state property facilities will be put up for the auction: 23 joint stock companies, 26 small enterprises and facilities, 32 unused non-residential areas and 3 vehicles, the message said.
Most of small facilities of state property will be put up for privatization together with the land plot they are located on, according to the message.
These enterprises and facilities are located in the city of Baku, as well as Dashkesan, Lankaran, Tartar, Qobustan, Zaqatala and other districts of Azerbaijan.
The Shamkir subsidiary of the plant for the production of ‘Chinar’ refrigerators, Zagatala silkworm eggs processing plant, machine reclamation station and others are among the facilities to be privatized.
The repair and construction site in the Nizami district of Baku worth 2.7 million manats with an area of 7,869 square meters, the machine reclamation plant (worth 750,000 manats, 22,239 square meters), shops in Surakhani district (worth 800,000 manats) and the city of Sumqayit (worth 425,000 manats), Zagatala silkworm eggs processing plant (worth nearly 509,400 manats) will become the most expensive facilities among those to be put up for the auction.
The official exchange rate on Nov. 21 is 1.7091 AZN/USD.
