Azerbaijan’s Energy Minister Natig Aliyev arrived in Moscow Nov. 22, the Azerbaijani Energy Ministry told AzVision.az.
Aliyev visited Moscow to take part in the event dedicated to the 25th anniversary of LUKOIL PJSC, said the ministry.
During the visit, the minister will have meetings with LUKOIL President Vagit Alekperov and other officials.
