International Canoe Federation`s 36th Congress to convene in Baku

A new President of the International Canoe Federation will be elected in Baku as the 36th Congress of the Federation kicks off in the Azerbaijani capital on Thursday.

The event will bring together 200 delegates from 89 countries.
