Iran’s Research Institute for Astronomy and Astrophysics of Maragha and Batabat Astrophysical Observatory in Azerbaijan`s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
The MoU envisages expansion of cooperation between the two observatories, as well as exchanging academic delegations and conducting scientific research, the PR office of Iran`s consulate general in Nakhchivan reported.
