About 14,000 Azerbaijani citizens are studying in Russian high schools, said Russia’s Education and Science Minister Olga Vasilyeva.
The minister made the remarks in Baku Nov. 28 during the conference titled “State and prospects of Azerbaijani-Russian cooperation in the fields of education, science and culture”.
