The EU has successfully implemented more than 45 twinning projects in Azerbaijan, Head of Operations Section at the EU Delegation in Azerbaijan Jeroen Willems said.
Willems made the remarks at an event in Baku Nov. 30 dedicated to the twinning project on improvement of the human resources management, implemented by the EU and the Azerbaijani Ministry of Taxes.
