Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mammad-Guliyev will attend the 35th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC) in Belgrade, Serbia on Dec. 13.
At the meeting, the issues on the work of the organization and improving its effectiveness, preparation for the 25th anniversary of the organization will be discussed and the final report on Serbia`s chairmanship of BSEC in the second half of the year will be delivered.
