“Dear Mr. President and my dear brother, we’re stricken by the news of a suicide bombing killed 29 people and wounded 166 outside a football stadium in Istanbul ," President Aliyev said in his letter of condolences.
"On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my heartfelt condolences to you, the families of those killed and the people of Turkey, and wish the injured a fast recovery. May Allah have mercy on those killed," said the Azerbaijani president.
