It is hard to tell the exact date of the next summit of heads of state of the Caspian littoral states on the Caspian Sea’s legal status, Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov told reporters in Baku Dec. 12.
“Perhaps we’ll be able to say it after the meeting of foreign ministers of the Caspian countries,” he said, adding. “Also, we will consider the current situations about the disputed issues with the convention. By the way, I can say the meeting of ministers is expected to be held in Astana.”
