The delegation paid tribute to national leader Heydar Aliyev and laid flowers at the monument.
The Azerbaijani delegation then met head of the Turkish Cooperation Coordination Agency Sardar Cam. Mr. Cam highlighted the projects carried out by his Organization across the world.
As part of the visit, the Azerbaijani delegation will hold a number of meetings at the state bodies of Turkey.
The visit will last until Friday.
