Netanyahu will discuss, with Azerbaijan’s president, regional issues as well as diplomatic, security and economic matters.
Several agreements will be signed between the two countries on standardization, double taxation and agricultural cooperation.
On the Israeli side, the agreement will be signed by Environmental Protection, Jerusalem and Heritage Minister Zeev Elkin.
The premier will pay respects to fallen soldiers and lay a wreath at the memorial.
Netanyahu will then visit the `Or Avner` Jewish education complex, along with Azerbaijan Education Minister Mikhayil Jabbarov, and meet with members of the local Jewish community.
The Israeli PM will leave Azerbaijan for Kazakhstan.
