According to the document, the tax amnesty will concern legal and individual persons with tax debt as of January 1, 2017. So, if these persons pay 30% of debt in January, 50% in February and 70% in March, the remaining part of the debt will be forgiven.
The draft law was elaborated on the basis of international practice.
