He was commenting on Russian lawmaker Konstantin Zatulin’s recent statement that Nagorno-Karabakh would never be returned to Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijan-Russia military cooperation must be in favor of Armenia.
Hajiyev noted that the concern and frustration of Zatulin, who is poorly informed about the comprehensive development of the partnership between Azerbaijan and Russia, will grow even more.
He added that there are numerous and large-scale new projects and initiatives aimed at the further development of overall cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia for the benefit of the two countries’ peoples.

Russian lawmaker Konstantin Zatulin, who is a marionette of Armenia and its lobby, is deeply worried about the strategic partnership and good neighborliness between Azerbaijan and Russia as well as the traditional friendship between the two peoples, Hikmat Hajiyev, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesperson, told AzVision.az.
