The auction will take place in the Auctions Center of the State Property Issues Committee of Azerbaijan.
Sixty state properties – 20 joint stock companies, 17 small enterprises and facilities, 17 unused non-residential areas, and 6 vehicles – will be put up for the auction.
The enterprises and facilities to be put up for the auction are located in the city of Baku, as well as districts of Azerbaijan.
The Zagatala silkworm eggs processing plant (worth 567,500 manats), a shop in Sumgayit city (worth 435,710 manats) and the Shamkir subsidiary of the Chinar refrigerator plant (worth 300,000 manats) are the most expensive facilities to be put up for the auction.

The State Property Issues Committee of Azerbaijan will hold the next auction on state property privatization on Jan. 24, 2017, the committee said in a message Dec. 26.
