President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the orphanage-kindergarten, and then toured it.
Azerbaijan’s first lady was informed of the work done here. The two-storey orphanage-kindergarten can handle up to 140 children in 7 groups.
