Well-known public figure, candidate of medical sciences, professor Fazil Gurbanov has been elected president of the All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress.
Gurbanov was elected during the 4th meeting of the All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress in Moscow Dec. 28, AzVision.az reported.
