January 17 will be a day of mourning in Kyrgyzstan for the victims of the plane crash, Kyrgyz ambassador to Azerbaijan Aidjigit Buranov told on Monday.
A book of condolence (Jan. 17-18) will be opened at the embassy in honor of the plane crash victims, the diplomat noted.
