Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has offered condolences to his Kyrgyz counterpart Almazbek Atambayev over the crash of Boeing 747-400 Turkish cargo plane near the city of Bishkek, as well as to provide financial assistance to the families of those killed and injured.
“We were deeply saddened by the news that many people were killed and wounded in a crash where thirty-seven people killed,” said President Aliyev in his letter of condolences.
