Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will pay a working visit to Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, on Jan. 19 to take part in an extraordinary meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Hikmat Hajiyev, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman, told AzVision.az on Jan. 16.
