The 49th World Economic Forum (WEF) started in Davos, Switzerland. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has held meetings and attended the events from the very first day of the forum`, Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of Azerbaijani presidential administration, chief of the administration`s foreign relations department posted on his Facebook account, Azvision.az reports.
`Chinese president Xi Jinping is one of the main participants of the forum who will become the first Chinese head of state to attend the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos`, he said in his post.
