A preparatory work is underway in Brussels in this regard, Mard noted.
“The EU intends to discuss with Azerbaijan a number of areas (economy, trade, human rights, etc.) in relation to a new legal framework. The negotiations will be held in Brussels,” the EU ambassador added.

The European Union and Azerbaijan are likely to start negotiations on a new agreement in next few weeks, Ambassador Malena Mard, head of the EU Delegation in Azerbaijan, told reporters in Baku Jan. 17, AzVision.az reports citing APA.
