Obama pardons US general who leaked secrets on cyber attack of Iran nuke program
Retired Gen. James Cartright has been pardoned for making untrue statements to US federal investigators, outgoing President Barack Obama announced, Sputnik reports.
Cartright, a former vice chairman of the US Joints Chiefs of Staff, was pardoned for leaking information about the US cyber operation that implanted the Stuxnet virus into Iran`s nuclear centrifuge program.

"[Cartright is pardoned] for false statements to federal investigators," the announcement said on Tuesday.
