So, Trump has made it abundantly clear throughout his life that he wants to honor Veterans. From saving the Veterans Day Parade in New York to repeatedly thanking Veterans on the campaign trail, Donald Trump not only says he cares about Veterans. He shows it.
What he did right after he stepped off of Air Force One was completely ignored by everyone except Veterans.
As soon as he gets off the plane he is met by an Air Force Colonel. The Colonel is saluting Mr. Trump. Donald Trumps stands at attention and renders a return salute. Trump says `Thank you`. Then he extends his hand and shakes hands with the Air Force Colonel. Then he had a conversation with him. He took time out of his schedule to have a conversation with an Air Force Colonel.

Donald Trump is awesome. He and Melania disembarked Air Force One following his family. Technically, the airplane he was on is not really Air Force One until he rides on it after noon tomorrow.
