“First we approved the law on science and then a draft law on pre-school education was prepared. During the spring session, this draft law will be discussed and the draft law on vocational-professional education will begin to be prepared. Next draft laws on general secondary and higher education will be brought up. In this area, we’re working in a rational and systematic way,” he added.
Earlier today, deputy chairman of the Science and Education Committee, MP Bakhtiyar Aliyev proposed preparing a law on higher education.
