We hope that it will open a new chapter in relations between Azerbaijan and the US,” he said. “In addition, our visit took place after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to Azerbaijan. We appreciate Israel-Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan-US relations and deem these relations important.”
Referring to his meeting with President Ilham Aliyev, Harris noted that during the talks, US-Azerbaijan and Israel-Azerbaijan ties, regional issues, the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and relations with Russia and Iran were discussed.
