Al-Thani said the development of bilateral economic ties will be discussed at a meeting of the Qatar-Azerbaijan intergovernmental commission, scheduled for today.
The FM added that the two countries are in talks in the establishment of funds to encourage investment.
Al-Thani expressed hope for the enhancement of cultural ties between the two countries.
