`Search continues for 296 suspects of Armenia
Deputy Prosecutor General, Military Prosecutor, Lieutenant-General of Justice Khanlar Valiyev said in his reporting speech during the board meeting at the Military Prosecutor’s Office that 296 suspects of the Khojaly, Garadaghly, Meshaly, and Baghanis-Ayrem tragedies as well as torture against captives and other crimes committed by Armenian armed forces on the criminal case investigated under article 103 and other articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan which envisage responsibility for genocide. Intensive investigative operations are underway.

Furthermore, the initiative of the Military Prosecutor’s Office on the creation of the Genocide Memorial Museum at the administrative building of the Republican Military Prosecutors’ Office in order to etch crimes against humanity and peace and mass killings committed with extreme cruelty and brutality by Armenian nationalists into the memory of history, let the world know biased truths about the Karabakh events, and provide solid evidence and detailed information to future generations in this regard was approved, and Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov signed a relevant order on 19 July 2013. The museum then opened on 24 February 2014.

The Genocide Memorial Museum contains rich historical documents dedicated to the memorial of tens of thousands of Azerbaijanis killed in the mass killings committed by Bolshevik-Armenian armed groups since the early 20th century as well as a rich literary fund consisting of a wide range of books by Azerbaijani and foreign authors about the genocide, deportation and war crimes committed against our people.
