It gives us great pleasure on the occasion of Your celebration of the anniversary of the establishment of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to convey to Your Excellency , on behalf of the State of Palestine, our Palestinian people and my own-behalf; and through You to your esteemed government and the brotherly people of Azerbaijan, our utmost expressions of heartfelt congratulations, combined with our best wishes for the return of this day, whereupon You have achieved all your aspirations in progress, prosperity and stability for your fraternal country and people. At the same time, expressing our profound appreciation for your firm brotherly support and solidarity with our people struggle to regain their freedom, self-determination and establish our independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
