Azerbaijani delegation visiting Ardabil city of Iran
Azerbaijani delegation led by Minister of Economy, Co-Chairman of the State Commission for Cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Islamic Republic of Iran in the economic, commercial and humanitarian spheres, Shahin Mustafayev paid a working visit to Ardabil.
Within the visit, Shahin Mustafayev has met with Iran`s Minister of Communications and Information Technology (CTI) Mahmoud Vaezi to discuss prospects of development of bilateral relations. Hailing the importance of the meetings of the heads of state, the sides emphasized that important steps have been taken in implementation of mutual investment and joint economic projects.

İn turn, Mahmoud Vaezi stressed that Azerbaijan is a close neighbor of Iran, as well as a friendly and brotherly country. Iran attaches great importance to the development of mutual relations with Azerbaijan.

Following the meeting, the two ministers took part in the Iran-Azerbaijan business forum. The event discussed investment opportunities for businessmen.

Then, the delegation got acquainted with the industrial enterprises of Ardabil.
