Each “frozen” conflict has its own peculiarities - OSCE
Each “frozen” conflict in the OSCE area has its own peculiarities, said OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier.
Zannier made the remarks addressing Friday the conference titled “Europe under Pressure. The OSCE in a Complex Security Environment”, APA reported.

According to him, at present it is difficult to define a unified agenda.

“We thought that all the problems were solved with the end of the Cold War. Then we witnessed conflicts emerged in the territories of the former Soviet Union and Yugoslavia,” said Zannier, adding. “There was a need for the OSCE. Each “frozen” conflict has its own peculiarities. The OSCE includes countries with political objectives, but having common geography and geopolitics.”
