Russia is making serious efforts for the settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, said Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.
Mammadyarov made the remarks at a press conference held after the negotiations with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Moscow.
