According to Mammadyarov, issues related to the improvement of the investment environment in connection with access to energy resources of the Caspian Sea and their transportation to the international markets, the strengthening of international cooperation, the establishment of reliable and secure communications, and involvement of highly-profitable and environmentally sound technology remain priorities for the Caspian Sea.
