Any co-chairing country’s more active participation in the negotiation process is natural, U.S. Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Richard Hoagland said at a press conference on March 11 in Baku, AzVision.az reports.
US diplomat added that Russia's playing leading role in negotiation process is natural. “The three states, including Russia emphasize the importance of diplomatic activity,” he said.
