Russia is not a hostile country, it should be accepted as a partner, said Turk addressing a panel “The Future of Europe”, held as part of the 5th Global Baku Forum in Baku Friday, AzVision.az reported.
He stressed the need to develop new OSCE mechanisms in order to find solutions to the ongoing conflicts in the Caucasus region and Ukraine.
