Russia and Azerbaijan have mutual understanding and cooperation at all levels, Russia’s former deputy prime minister Gennady Burbulis told reporters in Baku March 17.
Burbulis is taking part in the Fifth Global Baku Forum titled “The Future of International Relations: Power and Interests”, which kicked off in Baku March 16.
