He pointed out that Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan enjoy cooperation in numerous spheres, always support each other on the international arena and implement numerous important events and initiatives in the region.
The president said the agenda of the Kazakh president’s visit is quite extensive.
“There are many issues that we will discuss. I’m confident that the decisions we will adopt and the documents we will sign will serve even more active development of relations between the two countries,” he said.
Kazakhstan is a friendly and brotherly country for Azerbaijan, noted President Aliyev.
Ilham Aliyev expressed confidence that Nazarbayev’s visit to Azerbaijan will be more productive and will yield good results.
“This visit will further bring two countries closer and create even more favorable conditions in the region,” concluded Azerbaijan’s president.
