President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has met with President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinistö in Munich.
The parties expressed satisfaction with the development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Finland. It was noted that the two countries are interested in expanding these ties even further. The importance of reciprocal visits and meetings was underlined.
The sides stressed the successful activity of Finnish companies in various fields in Azerbaijan, and also emphasized the significance of establishing joint enterprises.
The parties exchanged views on the settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
